This sign appeared at the recent Kite Festival at Rosebud on Port Phillip Bay.
Apart from the fact I thought that Alien Fitness was a strange name for a fitness group,
I thought that the little yellow item in the bottom left of the photo was strange too.
(Didn't see it till I uploaded the photos that day!)
There seem to be blue ones tucked away behind the chair legs on the left.
Anyone know what this may be?

This was so interesting! Alien fitness! I often feel like an alien when I am working out with a group. Being the clutzy one! What a great noticing.
Aren't they the things they use for the sport of curling? Where they push them along with brooms or something, on ice? I don't know, but I love the yellow one!
