Alien Object

This sign appeared at the recent Kite Festival at Rosebud on Port Phillip Bay.
Apart from the fact I thought that Alien Fitness was a strange name for a fitness group,
I thought that the little yellow item in the bottom left of the photo was strange too.
(Didn't see it till I uploaded the photos that day!)
There seem to be blue ones tucked away behind the chair legs on the left.
Anyone know what this may be?

Eureka Skydeck sign in the heart of Melbourne displays simple drama.
Eureka Tower is a skyscraper completed in 2006.
The viewing deck includes The Edge - where you can enjoy the panorama of Melbourne from inside a glass cube which slides out from the building at Level 88.
